“Hi there, I'm so happy you're here! I am a neurodivergent psychotherapist with a passion for helping others on their path to exploring and accepting their truest selves. I have vast experience providing support to those of all ages and backgrounds and mental health happens to be one of my special interests. I have a highly relational, neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma-informed approach to therapy and would love to be of support to anyone embarking on their journey to figure out who they truly are.

I specialize in a couple different areas-grief and loss, as I spent a couple years working for hospice and palliative care and then as a bereavement counselor. I also have done research and training on complex-PTSD and processing unresolved trauma, as well as on neurodevelopmental differences like ADHD and ASD and how those show up for each individual.

My main priority as your therapist is to provide a warm, safe haven for you to bring your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and truest self to. As humans we are not meant to deal with life's challenges alone. I am here to make sure you don't have to, as well as provide the education and tools to make the challenges in life just a bit less challenging.”

“Welcome—if you’ve found your way here, you’re already honoring something important within yourself. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, stress, and self-worth. My approach helps you reconnect with your inner child, find your authentic voice, and feel more in control of your emotions. Rooted in trauma-informed, humanistic, and narrative practices, I offer a safe, supportive space where your story matters. Together, through deep listening, creative expression, and gentle guidance, we’ll explore what wholeness, empowerment, and authenticity mean for you.

I offer holistic, trauma-informed therapy rooted in somatic practices and mind-body awareness. I am EMDR trained by an EMDRIA-approved trainer and support clients in processing trauma while building tools for emotional regulation, resilience, self-love, and lasting growth so they can feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to themselves.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and reaching out is an act of courage. No matter where you are on your journey, you deserve care that honors every part of you. If you’re seeking healing, growth, or simply a space to be fully seen and heard, I’m here. Together we’ll explore possibilities for change, healing, and wholeness—one step at a time.”

justin work, lpc

Virtual & in person in Farmington hills

justin accepts private pay, bcbs, bcn, Blue cross complete, aetna, cigna, and priority health,

“Hello! I’m a counselor who specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals, including autistic people, ADHD folks, and those who experience the world in beautifully non-typical ways. I believe therapy should be a place where you don’t have to mask, explain yourself, or fit into someone else’s idea of “normal.” My work is rooted in respect, curiosity, and collaboration—I see you as the expert on your own experience.

I aim to create a calm, affirming space where we can explore challenges like burnout, anxiety, identity, relationships, and self-understanding at a pace that feels right for you. I take a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach and adapt my style to meet your needs, whether that means being more structured, more flexible, or more creative.

Above all, I value honesty, safety, and mutual trust. Therapy with me is about understanding yourself more deeply and finding ways to live that feel more sustainable and true to who you are.”
